STAIRs Scheme

Social Tenants Access to Information Requirement (STAIRs) Scheme

STAIRs is a new standard introduced by the UK Government to enhance transparency for clients and residents of private sector housing providers.

In this section of our website, you will find all the information we are required to publish under STAIRs.
To make it easy to navigate, we’ve organised the information using the STAIRs categories.

Governance and Decision Making

Performance
We are committed to being transparent, and to demonstrating continuous improvement in our services. We regularly measure, monitor, and publish performance data to support this.
Spending

We publish details about our spending in our financial statements. These are updated annually. The most recent Annual Report and Financial Statement can be read here.

Housing Services and Tenant Liaison
We hope to launch our client portal by the end of 2026. Clients will be able to see more documents on the portal. Information about safety inspections in your home will be available when the portal launches.
